Beachplace 3 – 304 by FGC
“Perfect vacation”
We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you. Loved this condo. Amazingly clean and had everything I needed. Thank you Florida Gulf Coast for a wonderful stay.

“Great holiday”
This is a great property with outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico and literally steps away from the superb beach. The apartment is fully renovated, beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. We had all we needed for relaxing holiday. Master bedroom was spacious with huge walk in closet. We loved sitting out on the enclosed balcony listening to the ocean waves and watching awesome sunsets. If you like luxury accommodation on the beach, this is the place. We will definitely go back

“Review of Rick Benninghove”
We have just completed a one month tenancy at Beachplace, building 2, unit 402 on Longboat Key with Rick Benninghove as the agent for the owner. We found him at all times to be attentive to our every need and extremely professional in the management of his business. We would definitely rate him as a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest.

“Another Month in Paradise !!!”
May 2026 will be our third consecutive vacation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit on all occasions, and this has not changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning position being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace. The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I must congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation in May 2025 and we missed having them with us again this year, but GCSE’s must prevail! After agreeing an arrival time, we were met by Rick who ensured that we were very happy with the condominium and level of cleaning which was superb. Once again, we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katie a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2027 will hopefully be booked very soon. “New Review”
Your Review: Our stay at Beachplace was just wonderful. The apartment was clean, well appointed and spacious . The location was perfect for both a relaxing day at the pool/beach or to explore further afield. We had one issue with the A/C, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently by Rick who organized the repair company and kept us informed. We would definitely stay again.

“Paradise Found”
We spent 10 wonderful days at Ingrid’s home with our 3 young kids. First, the location is ideal: quiet neighborhood right by St. Armand’s Circle (with plenty of nice restaurants, cafes and shops), 10 min walk away from the beautiful Lido Key beach. Then the house itself is well decorated, super functional, very well equipped. Great kitchen to cook and hang out, cozy living room, comfy beds in all bedrooms, beautiful heated pool. Ingrid was very responsive and went even beyond our expectations providing a high chair and pack-and-play for our little one. This was one of our best experiences with an Airbnb rental.
