Beachplace 4 – 505 (3BR) by FGC
This unit was wonderful! It is very comfortable to stay in this condo. Lots of towels and sheets. Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. Parking is convenient. Pool is heated and probably the best condominium community pool in the area! Sunrise is beautiful from the condo living room!! Sunsets are spectacular from the balcony or, even better, the beach. From this condo door, your toes are touching the sand in 5 minutes. The condo community is very friendly. We enjoyed ourselves so much at this condo that we will be returning. The condo management was easy to work with and very responsive. Definitely a great find!!

A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast Your Review: We spent February and March at Beachplace with a frontal view of the Gulf. There were endless sunsets. All of them different. We knew Beachplace well since we had owned a unit there for about 20 years. We were familiar with the pools, the gym, the pickle ball courts and more. The unit was well-equipped, light and easy to feel at home in. Dealing with Rick was easy. From the beginning with all of the paperwork, to receiving necessary information upon arrival. There were no problems. When we had a few minor technical glitches in the beginning of our stay Rick was there immediately with hands-on help to resolve the issues. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and easy to deal with. We would strongly recommend staying at Beachplace and doing business with Rick.

My beach rental on longboat key Florida was and is perfect in every way and form. First I would like to cite The exemplary service provided too me from gulf coast rentals is and has always been perfect and professional. “Amazing View”
This was the 5th year we have rented this apartment. Rick greeted us upon arrival and assisted us with the luggage. The apartment was very clean and orderly. Rick was always available for any questions or concerns and extremely responsive. Our 2nd time to stay at this house! Price point and location (with a pool) cannot be beat on St Armands Circle. Evening walks to the Circle for ice cream is our favorite activity.
