“8 105”
This is the third time we’ve stayed at Beachplace but the first time at 8-105. We had a wonderful time thank you. Magnificent view from the living area and master bedroom. The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The view looks directly onto The Gulf with steps down to the beach and we were delighted to see dolphins/pelicans/Osprey and a host of other wildlife on a daily basis. A lovely swimming pool and hot tub. Rick is always on hand for anything you may need and does a great job. A ten minute car ride to St Armand’s Circle where there’s plenty of restaurants/bars and shops to choose from. Beachplace is a great place to chill out. We’ve already made a reservation for next year so we highly recommend it.

“:A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast”
A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast Your Review: We spent February and March at Beachplace with a frontal view of the Gulf. There were endless sunsets. All of them different. We knew Beachplace well since we had owned a unit there for about 20 years. We were familiar with the pools, the gym, the pickle ball courts and more. The unit was well-equipped, light and easy to feel at home in. Dealing with Rick was easy. From the beginning with all of the paperwork, to receiving necessary information upon arrival. There were no problems. When we had a few minor technical glitches in the beginning of our stay Rick was there immediately with hands-on help to resolve the issues. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and easy to deal with. We would strongly recommend staying at Beachplace and doing business with Rick.

The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. Two balconies overlook the Gulf and tennis courts. It was in a great location on the beach, a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, CVS, and Publix. Whole Foods was not a bad drive to Sarasota. Tennis and pickleball courts were on site. The office managers and residents were very friendly and invited us to Friday night socials and to join them in playing tennis or pickleball. The kitchen was well stocked. Rick was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

“Wonderful home and location”
My husband and I so enjoyed our vacation here. The home was clean and well stocked. We loved the location, which allowed us to walk to the beach, enjoy several restaurants and shop at St Armand’s circle. Highly recommend.

“Great Condo and location”
Fantastic accommodation for my parents at 8-603 Beach Place from October 14 to Nov 15, 2025. Rick met us when we first arrived at the property and explained clearly to my parents how everything worked. The Condo was fitted out to a very high standard and everything was very clean. My parents were delighted and really couldn’t have asked for anything more on their vacation. Enjoyed a very comfortable lifestyle in a clean and bright condo, furnished nicely and stocked with all the essentials necessary for a lengthy stay.
