We have just completed a one month tenancy at Beachplace, building 2, unit 402 on Longboat Key with Rick Benninghove as the agent for the owner. We found him at all times to be attentive to our every need and extremely professional in the management of his business. “Great Condo and location”
Fantastic accommodation for my parents at 8-603 Beach Place from October 14 to Nov 15, 2025. Rick met us when we first arrived at the property and explained clearly to my parents how everything worked. The Condo was fitted out to a very high standard and everything was very clean. My parents were delighted and really couldn’t have asked for anything more on their vacation. “Beauty and Relaxation. And Sunsets!”
We had the privilege of staying in an ocean-front unit at Beachplace last January for the entire month. This was our first month away for the winter and it couldn’t have been more relaxing and special. The entire complex is beautifully maintained and cared for. It was wonderful to have the beach and all the chairs set out each day, but also nice to have access to the pool and hot tub. Our specific unit was very super nice, super clean, and very convenient. And the view! We made a point every day to be front and center on our balcony to watch the beautiful sun drop into the ocean. Spectacular colors and shows–each a little bit different from the other. Our time was spent exploring the area but also just leisurely walking along the beach. Heaven. So much so that we booked January for 2023!

7-202 is a beautiful rental in a peaceful location close to the beach. We would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors and exteriors are built with love and perfect taste. Happy to recommend this place, and looking forward to coming back.

We have been coming to Beachplace for years and love all it has to offer. 3-304 is a great condo and our family loved it. Had everything you could ever need. Thanks to Rick for helping us throughout our stay. we look forward to our next visit.
Club Longboat 332 by FGC
The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. Two balconies overlook the Gulf and tennis courts. It was in a great location on the beach, a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, CVS, and Publix. Whole Foods was not a bad drive to Sarasota. Tennis and pickleball courts were on site. The office managers and residents were very friendly and invited us to Friday night socials and to join them in playing tennis or pickleball. The kitchen was well stocked. Rick was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Longboat Key! Rick was very responsive and helpful making sure our stay was perfect. The condo was beautiful and the view was stunning! We would love to come back again.
