We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had plenty of storage, which made it easy to unpack and feel at home. The pool was a great size and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The location couldn't have been better. It was an easy walk to the beach, as well as shops, restaurants, and bars, so we rarely needed to drive. When we wanted to explore more, the trolley provided a quick and convenient ride to downtown Sarasota.
Rick was an outstanding host and property manager. He was always quick to answer our questions, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was well taken care of throughout our stay.
Overall, this is a fantastic property in an excellent location with excellent management. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

We visited this panoramic paradise earlier this year. Spectacular to say the least. Front balcony views of the gulf and back balcony the bay is Sarasota.If you can imagine a sea pastel extra large condo decorated with simple elegance this is your place. Loaded with whatever you need and if the need should arrive, the spectacular staff can arrange for you.
Private members pool, fitness, pool room, and private movie theater are also housed here. A gentle walk to Ritz club, beach, and restaurant at your service.
Rick Benninghove of the Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals ( a separate management company) is the best and most timely for whatever you may need.

We had the privilege of staying in an ocean-front unit at Beachplace last January for the entire month. This was our first month away for the winter and it couldn't have been more relaxing and special. The entire complex is beautifully maintained and cared for. It was wonderful to have the beach and all the chairs set out each day, but also nice to have access to the pool and hot tub. Our specific unit was very super nice, super clean, and very convenient. And the view! We made a point every day to be front and center on our balcony to watch the beautiful sun drop into the ocean. Spectacular colors and shows--each a little bit different from the other. Our time was spent exploring the area but also just leisurely walking along the beach. Heaven. So much so that we booked January for 2023!

The added information regarding the parking pass and local attractions was appreciated. The pictures online were beautiful and accurate- the condo itself is- just beautiful! Information inside the condo regarding local hospitals, the trash chute location, and turtle watch procedures were also appreciated. Overall an excellent experience! Thank you, my daughter and I hope to be back soon!
This condo is so clean and bright. So convenient to the Beach and Beachplace has every amenity you could imagine. We played pickleball and used the pool and beach almost every day. Easy access to St Armand's and downtown as well. We will be back.

We really enjoyed Beachplace Bldg #3, Unit 205! We found the unit to be very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed.
The entire complex is kept up with on a daily basis. Rick was responsive to our inquiries and provided excellent service.
This home was exactly what my family of 5 was looking for in a rental. The pool and backyard was private and fenced in. We could walk to St Armand’s Circle in less than 5 minutes. There were 2 beaches within walking distance. One with a pavilion and the northern beach which is less crowded. They provide a wagon to fill with all the necessary beach gear. Pictures don’t do the size justice. We had plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/family room for us all to have our own space. Percent house and location!

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

This is our 6th year with Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, and as usual Rick has been a great host. The location of the Longboat Key property, known as "Beachplace" is the perfect location to enjoy warm gulf waters and beautiful sunsets. With access to pool and beach, as well as an easy car ride to St. Armands Circle shops and restaurants, this property boasts plenty of golf courses to play, as well as the vibrant downtown Sarasota nightlife to enjoy! We've already booked our stay with Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for the 2027 season. Thanks again Rick!

We enjoyed our time in Beachplace building 3, unit 304. Rick Benninghove gave us absolutely world class service on our one-month rental. He answered every phone call by the second ring, he took us to the property and spend plenty of time with us to make sure we were well taught in every aspect of living there, during the rental nothing we called about was ever too much trouble for him, and he kept every promise he made. I called several other agents about rental properties, and none were as responsive as Rick. I would not hesitate to go back to him again.
Rick has a beautiful and peaceful condo overlooking spectacular views that never grow old. Our time there flew by and we were very sorry to leave. Rick is a wonderful host and truly made us feel like we were in our own home. Looking forward to returning next year.
