Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

Your Review: Our stay at Beachplace was just wonderful. The apartment was clean, well appointed and spacious . The location was perfect for both a relaxing day at the pool/beach or to explore further afield. We had one issue with the A/C, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently by Rick who organized the repair company and kept us informed. We would definitely stay again.

We have had the pleasure of renting the same home on Longboat Key for three years every March. There are many beautiful houses for rent, but the "boutique" like management offered by Rick and his team are unparalleled. Our relationship with FGCVR has always been much more than transactional.....it's been personal as if we had a friend welcoming us back every year. It's great to see his hard work, dedication, and vision continue to fuel his growth. Bravo.
