This condo is so clean and bright. So convenient to the Beach and Beachplace has every amenity you could imagine. We played pickleball and used the pool and beach almost every day. Easy access to St Armand's and downtown as well. We will be back.
We had the privilege of staying in an ocean-front unit at Beachplace last January for the entire month. This was our first month away for the winter and it couldn't have been more relaxing and special. The entire complex is beautifully maintained and cared for. It was wonderful to have the beach and all the chairs set out each day, but also nice to have access to the pool and hot tub. Our specific unit was very super nice, super clean, and very convenient. And the view! We made a point every day to be front and center on our balcony to watch the beautiful sun drop into the ocean. Spectacular colors and shows--each a little bit different from the other. Our time was spent exploring the area but also just leisurely walking along the beach. Heaven. So much so that we booked January for 2023!
A really nice, well kept house with an excellent location a block and a half from the circle at St. Armond's. We enjoyed our stay there. Rick was very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests
We loved out Month here. Thanks to Rick and team we were well taken care of. Unit gets afternoon sun and nice view to the beach. Sarasota downtown is so near and Beachplace offers so much you don't need to leave. Loved the pool.
We have rented from Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for the past two years and Rick has been very responsive, positive and extremely helpful when needed, which has not been that often! We would highly recommend using his organization for rentals.
We could not have enjoyed our Longboat Key stay any more. Rick was always responsive and attentive. The house was well-equipped and ready upon arrival. This was such a special family time for us, and the Longboat Club Road home was perfect for our needs and stay.

There are many beautiful houses for rent, but the "boutique" like management offered by Rick and his team are unparalleled. Our relationship with FGCVR has always been much more than transactional.....it's been personal as if we had a friend welcoming us back every year. Should the rental be canceled at least 120 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 119 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. I highly recommend using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. It's nice to know you don't have to stress when it comes to planning vacation. They do it all for you. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and modern. It had incredible views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was always very warm. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. They set up umbrellas and chairs every day, which was very nice. The people who work at the complex are very warm and friendly. The host was also very friendly and responded quickly to any inquiries (though we didn't have many because everything went smoothly). Would definitely recommend staying here!
