The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. We could not have enjoyed our Longboat Key stay any more. Rick was always responsive and attentive. The house was well-equipped and ready upon arrival. This was such a special family time for us, and the Longboat Club Road home was perfect for our needs and stay.

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view!! I was looking for a balcony with plenty of comfortable seats and space for my mother to enjoy the beach for her 90th birthday. It could not have been any better. She loved the view! My sisters and I had a wonderful weekend. This is the most beautiful condo and location I have ever found on my many trips to Florida. The property (Beachplace building 3, unit 205) is an outstanding unit. It's clean and really close to the beach and the pool. It comes equipped with pretty much anything you need to enjoy your stay.

Our 2nd time to stay at this house! Price point and location (with a pool) cannot be beat on St Armands Circle. Evening walks to the Circle for ice cream is our favorite activity.
Fantastic accommodation for my parents at 8-603 Beach Place from October 14 to Nov 15, 2025.
Rick met us when we first arrived at the property and explained clearly to my parents how everything worked. The Condo was fitted out to a very high standard and everything was very clean. Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
We had a great time! Place was clean, great location with lots of things to see and do. We will definitely go back. Rick was very friendly and accommodating.
We really enjoyed Beachplace Bldg #3, Unit 205! We found the unit to be very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed.
The entire complex is kept up with on a daily basis. Rick was responsive to our inquiries and provided excellent service.
