This home located in the sought after Seaplace community has a very personal feel to it and has a balcony with a side view that highlights the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is perfect for a person or couple that wants to enjoy the beach and pool and stay in a friendly community. Master bedroom is spacious with connected master bath. This condo is located on the 4th floor has an amazing view of the Gulf and Beach.

Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

This was the 5th year we have rented this apartment. Rick greeted us upon arrival and assisted us with the luggage. The apartment was very clean and orderly. Rick was always available for any questions or concerns and extremely responsive. We have always enjoyed our stays using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals and will continue to use them is future years.

Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand's Circle. Perfection!
