We loved out Month here. Thanks to Rick and team we were well taken care of. Unit gets afternoon sun and nice view to the beach. Sarasota downtown is so near and Beachplace offers so much you don't need to leave. Loved the pool.
We visited this panoramic paradise earlier this year. Spectacular to say the least. Front balcony views of the gulf and back balcony the bay is Sarasota.If you can imagine a sea pastel extra large condo decorated with simple elegance this is your place. Loaded with whatever you need and if the need should arrive, the spectacular staff can arrange for you.
Private members pool, fitness, pool room, and private movie theater are also housed here. A gentle walk to Ritz club, beach, and restaurant at your service.

May 2026 will be our third consecutive vacation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit on all occasions, and this has not changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning position being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace.
The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I must congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation in May 2025 and we missed having them with us again this year, but GCSE’s must prevail!
After agreeing an arrival time, we were met by Rick who ensured that we were very happy with the condominium and level of cleaning which was superb. Once again, we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katie a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2027 will hopefully be booked very soon.

A really nice, well kept house with an excellent location a block and a half from the circle at St. Armond's. We enjoyed our stay there. Rick was very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests
The property was as advertised! Beautiful water views and sounds of the waves could be heard from both balconies. Beds were very comfortable and we were pleased with all the space and storage in the bedrooms and closets. Well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. A quiet property and unit. We will be back next year!
Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand's Circle. Perfection! I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! If I have to pick my favorite aspect of this AirBnb, it would have to be location. Only a block from Saint Armands Circle with all the restaurants, shopping and ice cream minutes from your front door. Walk from your front door in the other direction and you are on beautiful Lido beach. Another direction and you can kayak the mangrove tunnels. Quick drive over the bridge and you have a centralized location for Downtown Sarasota or pop over to Bradenton, Siesta Key and even Venice for dinner. This introvert/indoor family only spent our time outdoors and walking around the beautiful island. The house and property are the perfect size for a family vacation with children. Not too big to get overwhelmed with keeping tidy, but definitely not small and everyone has space. Hosts provided everything we needed for the household and plenty of equipment to take to the beach or on a quick bike ride! We are already making plans to make this our "summer spot" for years to come!!
We had a wonderful time in LBK and the Beachplace facility was as good as usual. We love the place for its friendlyness. The service provided by our provider was simply outstanding. Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
We went for a mini vacation, and we had a blast. The place is stunning, the view is breathtaking and the host very responsive. We highly recommend it. Thank you very much Rick, we enjoy it a lot.
This was my first time renting from Florida Gulf Coast, and it was a very positive experience. Rick and Katie were there to greet me when I arrived. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and had beautiful gulf views. Rick helped me connect to the internet and helped me set-up my Roku, which was much appreciated. He also was very responsive to a few issues that cropped up in the early days of my stay and resolved the few concerns that I had in a timely and professional way. I was very pleased with my stay and will be renting from them again for the 2023 season. My understanding is this owner only rents 1 x per year in winter, so I was lucky to rent it.
