Rick has a beautiful and peaceful condo overlooking spectacular views that never grow old. Our time there flew by and we were very sorry to leave. Rick is a wonderful host and truly made us feel like we were in our own home. Looking forward to returning next year.

“Amazing View”
This was the 5th year we have rented this apartment. Rick greeted us upon arrival and assisted us with the luggage. The apartment was very clean and orderly. Rick was always available for any questions or concerns and extremely responsive. “House is tastefully remodeled, and decorated, you won’t be disappointed! Beds are comfy with cozy linens. Beach, and shops/restaurants are very walkable, as described in the listing. We really loved the integrated sound system and used it the entire time! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back in the near future!”

“Our vacation stay”
Condo made us feel like we were at home. Rick and his staff at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals did their normal great job of being available when needed and is by far the best agency in the rental business. The condo condition, location and provided essentials were excellent and highly recommended. We have already rented for 4 months in 2026 and look forward to our upcoming visits. After four years of renting in the LBK area, we have finally found our forever rental when available.
