Rental located directly on a Canal with a boat lift available for use. This is a single family home that contains 2,192 sq ft and contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a private swimming pool. Dining room has views to the water. Canal connects directly to the Bay and the neighborhood is located on the southern end of Longboat Key, convenient to St Armand's Circle and Sarasota. Bring your boat as a lift is included. Come stay a month or more. Master bedroom has a King bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds and third bedroom has a queen.

Dogs may be allowed but must be approved at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

We have had the pleasure of renting the same home on Longboat Key for three years every March. There are many beautiful houses for rent, but the "boutique" like management offered by Rick and his team are unparalleled. Our relationship with FGCVR has always been much more than transactional.....it's been personal as if we had a friend welcoming us back every year. It's great to see his hard work, dedication, and vision continue to fuel his growth. Bravo.

This is our second year renting the same house for the month of March. The house was perfectly maintained, spotless, and reasonably priced. Rick and his team overdelivered yet again this year. I can't recommend Florida Gulf Coast Vacations enough. We've already booked again for next year!

This home was exactly what my family of 5 was looking for in a rental. The pool and backyard was private and fenced in. We could walk to St Armand’s Circle in less than 5 minutes. There were 2 beaches within walking distance. One with a pavilion and the northern beach which is less crowded. They provide a wagon to fill with all the necessary beach gear. Pictures don’t do the size justice. We had plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/family room for us all to have our own space. Percent house and location!

"Bravo Beachplace"

My family spent December 2024 at Beachplace in Longboat Key. The place was great. Bravo to the team at Beachplace for repairing the damage from the two recent hurricanes. Many of the other buildings on the Key were not so lucky. The unit was recently updated and very well appointed. Our stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend Rick and his team at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.
