We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you. This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view!! I was looking for a balcony with plenty of comfortable seats and space for my mother to enjoy the beach for her 90th birthday. It could not have been any better. She loved the view! My sisters and I had a wonderful weekend. This is the most beautiful condo and location I have ever found on my many trips to Florida. Rick was also very quick to answer my questions. The checkin/checkout process was so easy. Thank you!
The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. Two balconies overlook the Gulf and tennis courts. It was in a great location on the beach, a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, CVS, and Publix. Whole Foods was not a bad drive to Sarasota. Tennis and pickleball courts were on site. The office managers and residents were very friendly and invited us to Friday night socials and to join them in playing tennis or pickleball. The kitchen was well stocked. Rick was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!
Perfect vacation house. Exactly as described. Absolutely no complaints. Location is amazing. House is wonderful! Well stocked and so clean. Pool right outside your door was great with all the privacy you could ask for.
We had the privilege of staying in an ocean-front unit at Beachplace last January for the entire month. This was our first month away for the winter and it couldn't have been more relaxing and special. The entire complex is beautifully maintained and cared for. It was wonderful to have the beach and all the chairs set out each day, but also nice to have access to the pool and hot tub. Our specific unit was very super nice, super clean, and very convenient. And the view! We made a point every day to be front and center on our balcony to watch the beautiful sun drop into the ocean. Spectacular colors and shows--each a little bit different from the other. Our time was spent exploring the area but also just leisurely walking along the beach. Heaven. So much so that we booked January for 2023!
Rick Benninghove was responsive to all my needs be it small or large.
He is impeccable, personable , and has excellent communication skills with tenant.
I would recommend Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals as my first choice in Florida.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
Condo made us feel like we were at home. Rick and his staff at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals did their normal great job of being available when needed and is by far the best agency in the rental business. The condo condition, location and provided essentials were excellent and highly recommended. We have already rented for 4 months in 2026 and look forward to our upcoming visits. After four years of renting in the LBK area, we have finally found our forever rental when available.
We have just completed a one month tenancy at Beachplace, building 2, unit 402 on Longboat Key with Rick Benninghove as the agent for the owner. We found him at all times to be attentive to our every need and extremely professional in the management of his business. We would definitely rate him as a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest.
Rick has a beautiful and peaceful condo overlooking spectacular views that never grow old. Our time there flew by and we were very sorry to leave. Rick is a wonderful host and truly made us feel like we were in our own home. Looking forward to returning next year.
We could not have enjoyed our Longboat Key stay any more. Rick was always responsive and attentive. The house was well-equipped and ready upon arrival. This was such a special family time for us, and the Longboat Club Road home was perfect for our needs and stay.
