This was my first time renting from Florida Gulf Coast, and it was a very positive experience. Rick and Katie were there to greet me when I arrived. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and had beautiful gulf views. Rick helped me connect to the internet and helped me set-up my Roku, which was much appreciated. He also was very responsive to a few issues that cropped up in the early days of my stay and resolved the few concerns that I had in a timely and professional way. I was very pleased with my stay and will be renting from them again for the 2023 season. My understanding is this owner only rents 1 x per year in winter, so I was lucky to rent it.
No worries when you’re on vacation! Rick Benninghove will help you find a rental and will respond promptly if anything in the rental isn’t working properly. Your comfort is his job. He’s a pleasure to work with!
We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful with amazing views. The beach was gorgeous and not overly crowded. The neighborhood was nice, super convenient location to the pool and the beach. Rick was super responsive and always replied quickly.

Extremely happy with our stay at BeachPlace. The condo was very clean and all utilities needed for a comfortable stay were there. Being an older couple, we found access to the beach and to the pool within a easy walk.
Being beachfont, the views are amazing especially for sunset.
BUT, what made this stay at BeachPlace most comfortable and pleasant was the
earnest desire and immediate on going attention Rick provided. Rick was accommodating and resourceful throughout our stay. It was obvious he cared to make our stay relaxing and not eventful. Thank You Rick.

We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you. Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals is an outstanding company. The owner Rick does an incredible job with the scheduling, the communication, and all things customer service. He makes sure all of your needs are met from start to finish, and if there is ever any need to contact Rick during your stay, he is easily accessible.
The property (Beachplace building 3, unit 205) is an outstanding unit. It's clean and really close to the beach and the pool. It comes equipped with pretty much anything you need to enjoy your stay.
I have used Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for many years, and will never use any other service. I'm so glad to have found Rick and his company!

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
This condo is located right down the hall from all the building amenities and the only balcony with a walk down to the relaxing pool deck. This private pool is only for residents of this building, but we also were given a Ritz Beach membership, so we could join the Club pool and beach that's next door. What a perfect place to stay. we will be back.
Our 2nd time to stay at this house! Price point and location (with a pool) cannot be beat on St Armands Circle. Evening walks to the Circle for ice cream is our favorite activity.
We loved this condo. It was well taken care of and had everything we needed. Beachplace was a great community with very nice staff and friendly guests to meet. Rick was very helpful along the way. The Beach was amazing and they set up our chairs every day for us! We can not wait to come back.
