We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Longboat Key! Rick was very responsive and helpful making sure our stay was perfect. The condo was beautiful and the view was stunning! We would love to come back again.

I spend a month at the above condo and I was very pleased with the overall experience. Very convenient to everything and has a beautiful view to the Gulf. It is comfortable and equipped with all I needed. Rick was very helpful in keeping me updated if there was something of importance that I needed to know. The host, Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals), was extremely responsive to our needs. The unit was gorgeous with top of the line Wolf appliances in a state-of-the -art kitchen. When you walk into the condo, you feel like you've walkled into your Stateroom on a cruise ship at sea (only the Stateroom is at least eight times the size of a cruise ship). It is only when you approach the balcony do you realize you're at the beach The condo is one of the largest in Beachplace at over 1500 sq ft according to the host. And speaking of the hosts, they were incredibly responsive to our every need. I can't say enough about the service they provided. Not all property managers are created equal. Rick and Katie excel at providing the best service possible.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo in Beachplace gated complex. King in Primary bedroom. Come enjoy your time at the Beach. This is a great condo for you to call home for a month or more. Condo is meticulously clean and well cared for. Owners have upgraded the furnishings including large smart TV's One month Minimum.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
We had a wonderful vacation while staying in Lido Key in St. Armands area. The house was nicely equipped, comfortable, and aesthetically nice. The location was perfect with privacy but within walking distance to St Armands restaurants and the Lido Beach. The pool was great for our three kids and the house came with a few floaties and beach chairs making trips to the beach much more enjoyable. We had a few things requiring attention including a new filter on the fridge and the tub jets not working. Both of these were addressed quickly and fixed with no issue. The rental company allowed for some flexibility with check in and check out which I was incredibly grateful for especially traveling with younger kids. Overall, this Airbnb was an amazing experience and one of our favorite trips, we would definitely stay again.
We loved this condo. It was well taken care of and had everything we needed. Beachplace was a great community with very nice staff and friendly guests to meet. Rick was very helpful along the way. The Beach was amazing and they set up our chairs every day for us! We can not wait to come back.
We have rented through Florida Gulf Coast for years and they are the best. Rick is incredibly attentive to every aspect of our stay each and every time we come to LBK BeachPlace. He makes sure our beach front accommodations are perfect every time.
