We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and modern. It had incredible views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was always very warm. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. They set up umbrellas and chairs every day, which was very nice. The people who work at the complex are very warm and friendly. The host was also very friendly and responded quickly to any inquiries (though we didn't have many because everything went smoothly). Would definitely recommend staying here!
Our third time renting here ( after having owned for over 20 years). Beautiful apartment with great views and fully equipped.

We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you. We stayed a month and loved this condo . It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beachplace has a resort feel and large pool, great beach, workout room , etc. We will be back next year.
Perfect vacation house. Exactly as described. Absolutely no complaints. Location is amazing. House is wonderful! Well stocked and so clean. Pool right outside your door was great with all the privacy you could ask for.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
Beachplace is an amazing vacation spot with everything you need. We spent our time at the beach, but there is also a very big pool to relax by.
