“Incredible Vacation”
Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals is an outstanding company. The owner Rick does an incredible job with the scheduling, the communication, and all things customer service. He makes sure all of your needs are met from start to finish, and if there is ever any need to contact Rick during your stay, he is easily accessible. The property (Beachplace building 3, unit 205) is an outstanding unit. It’s clean and really close to the beach and the pool. It comes equipped with pretty much anything you need to enjoy your stay. I have used Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for many years, and will never use any other service. I’m so glad to have found Rick and his company!

Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand’s Circle. Perfection! “We love it every time”
This condo is so clean and bright. So convenient to the Beach and Beachplace has every amenity you could imagine. We played pickleball and used the pool and beach almost every day. Easy access to St Armand’s and downtown as well. We will be back.

Booked Beachplace 3503 with Rick Benninghove for May 2023. We were looked after from day one when Rick met us at Beachplace and thereafter he was available for any queries. “Paradise Found”
We spent 10 wonderful days at Ingrid’s home with our 3 young kids. First, the location is ideal: quiet neighborhood right by St. Armand’s Circle (with plenty of nice restaurants, cafes and shops), 10 min walk away from the beautiful Lido Key beach. Then the house itself is well decorated, super functional, very well equipped. Great kitchen to cook and hang out, cozy living room, comfy beds in all bedrooms, beautiful heated pool. Ingrid was very responsive and went even beyond our expectations providing a high chair and pack-and-play for our little one. This was one of our best experiences with an Airbnb rental.
