“Breathtaking Condo on LBK”
What an amazing time we had in LBK, our condo was beautiful nothing missed when it came to top of the line…all the way down to the All-Clad pts and pans. The best part were the stunning views…This condo is a MUST!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had plenty of storage, which made it easy to unpack and feel at home. The pool was a great size and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location couldn’t have been better. It was an easy walk to the beach, as well as shops, restaurants, and bars, so we rarely needed to drive. When we wanted to explore more, the trolley provided a quick and convenient ride to downtown Sarasota. Rick was an outstanding host and property manager. He was always quick to answer our questions, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic property in an excellent location with excellent management. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Booked Beachplace 3503 with Rick Benninghove for May 2023. We were looked after from day one when Rick met us at Beachplace and thereafter he was available for any queries. Highest regard for his professionalism and his attention to detail. Would recommend booking a condo through his office for his approachable manner and nothing was too much trouble. Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand’s Circle. Perfection! We had the best, most relaxing time and are so happy to have stayed there. Thank you

“What a view!”
Extremely happy with our stay at BeachPlace. The condo was very clean and all utilities needed for a comfortable stay were there. Being an older couple, we found access to the beach and to the pool within a easy walk. Being beachfont, the views are amazing especially for sunset. BUT, what made this stay at BeachPlace most comfortable and pleasant was the earnest desire and immediate on going attention Rick provided. Rick was accommodating and resourceful throughout our stay. It was obvious he cared to make our stay relaxing and not eventful. Thank You Rick. Hope to revisit next April.

We really enjoyed Beachplace Bldg #3, Unit 205! We found the unit to be very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. The entire complex is kept up with on a daily basis. Rick was responsive to our inquiries and provided excellent service.

The property was as advertised! Beautiful water views and sounds of the waves could be heard from both balconies. Beds were very comfortable and we were pleased with all the space and storage in the bedrooms and closets. Well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. A quiet property and unit. We will be back next year!
