“Great Condo and location”
Fantastic accommodation for my parents at 8-603 Beach Place from October 14 to Nov 15, 2025. Rick met us when we first arrived at the property and explained clearly to my parents how everything worked. The Condo was fitted out to a very high standard and everything was very clean. My parents were delighted and really couldn’t have asked for anything more on their vacation. Inn on the Beach 2807 by FGC
We went for a mini vacation, and we had a blast. The place is stunning, the view is breathtaking and the host very responsive. We highly recommend it. Thank you very much Rick, we enjoy it a lot.

“Sunsets!”
We loved out Month here. Thanks to Rick and team we were well taken care of. Unit gets afternoon sun and nice view to the beach. Sarasota downtown is so near and Beachplace offers so much you don’t need to leave. Loved the pool.

“Great Experience!”
This was my first time renting from Florida Gulf Coast, and it was a very positive experience. Rick and Katie were there to greet me when I arrived. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and had beautiful gulf views. Rick helped me connect to the internet and helped me set-up my Roku, which was much appreciated. He also was very responsive to a few issues that cropped up in the early days of my stay and resolved the few concerns that I had in a timely and professional way. I was very pleased with my stay and will be renting from them again for the 2023 season. My understanding is this owner only rents 1 x per year in winter, so I was lucky to rent it.

We could not have enjoyed our Longboat Key stay any more. Rick was always responsive and attentive. The house was well-equipped and ready upon arrival. This was such a special family time for us, and the Longboat Club Road home was perfect for our needs and stay. We would highly recommend Rick and FL Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful unit in the beautiful Beachplace complex. Our kids enjoyed the beach and pool every day!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and modern. It had incredible views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was always very warm. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. They set up umbrellas and chairs every day, which was very nice. The people who work at the complex are very warm and friendly. The host was also very friendly and responded quickly to any inquiries (though we didn’t have many because everything went smoothly). Would definitely recommend staying here!
