“Great Experience”
We loved this condo. It was well taken care of and had everything we needed. Beachplace was a great community with very nice staff and friendly guests to meet. Rick was very helpful along the way. The Beach was amazing and they set up our chairs every day for us! We can not wait to come back.

“8 105”
This is the third time we’ve stayed at Beachplace but the first time at 8-105. We had a wonderful time thank you. Magnificent view from the living area and master bedroom. The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The view looks directly onto The Gulf with steps down to the beach and we were delighted to see dolphins/pelicans/Osprey and a host of other wildlife on a daily basis. A lovely swimming pool and hot tub. Rick is always on hand for anything you may need and does a great job. A ten minute car ride to St Armand’s Circle where there’s plenty of restaurants/bars and shops to choose from. Beachplace is a great place to chill out. We’ve already made a reservation for next year so we highly recommend it.

“Fun and Relaxing”
We just returned from a fun & relaxing vacation at this home right in the heart of beautiful Sarasota. Walk to the beach, restaurants. Home is very comfortable, clean, has every convenience. Host Rick is right on top of everything. I would call this a ‘no worries’ vaycay!

“Another Great Season on LBK!”
This is our 6th year with Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, and as usual Rick has been a great host. The location of the Longboat Key property, known as “Beachplace” is the perfect location to enjoy warm gulf waters and beautiful sunsets. With access to pool and beach, as well as an easy car ride to St. Armands Circle shops and restaurants, this property boasts plenty of golf courses to play, as well as the vibrant downtown Sarasota nightlife to enjoy! We’ve already booked our stay with Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for the 2027 season. Thanks again Rick!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful unit in the beautiful Beachplace complex. Our kids enjoyed the beach and pool every day!

Rick’s place was just lovely – very clean, spacious and uncluttered. All amenities were top-notch! The kitchen was well stocked, making us feel like we were home. There were also plenty of linens – both bath and bed as well as pool towels. Rick was very accommodating in helping us get in early, he was proactive, warm, friendly and responsive. Couldn’t ask for more!

“Seasonal Rental at Beachplace”
This was our sixth year renting a unit through Rick and our first year at Beachplace. We could have not been more pleased. The unit had an excellent location, was clean and very well maintained. There were activities at the complex almost every day including the annual golf outing at the Longboat Key Club. We immediately signed a lease for next year and cannot wait to come back.

“Beauty and Relaxation. And Sunsets!”
We had the privilege of staying in an ocean-front unit at Beachplace last January for the entire month. This was our first month away for the winter and it couldn’t have been more relaxing and special. The entire complex is beautifully maintained and cared for. It was wonderful to have the beach and all the chairs set out each day, but also nice to have access to the pool and hot tub. Our specific unit was very super nice, super clean, and very convenient. And the view! We made a point every day to be front and center on our balcony to watch the beautiful sun drop into the ocean. Spectacular colors and shows–each a little bit different from the other. Our time was spent exploring the area but also just leisurely walking along the beach. Heaven. So much so that we booked January for 2023!
