This home was exactly what my family of 5 was looking for in a rental. The pool and backyard was private and fenced in. We could walk to St Armand’s Circle in less than 5 minutes. There were 2 beaches within walking distance. One with a pavilion and the northern beach which is less crowded. They provide a wagon to fill with all the necessary beach gear. Pictures don’t do the size justice. We had plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/family room for us all to have our own space. Percent house and location!

The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. Two balconies overlook the Gulf and tennis courts. It was in a great location on the beach, a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, CVS, and Publix. Whole Foods was not a bad drive to Sarasota. Tennis and pickleball courts were on site. The office managers and residents were very friendly and invited us to Friday night socials and to join them in playing tennis or pickleball. The kitchen was well stocked. Rick was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Rick is the benchmark of exceptional service by rental agents. From the first night when our plane was delayed he made himself available to assist in our entering the condo. Throughout the stay he attended to our every need as he also did for all of his clients. We highly recommend him!
This condo is so clean and bright. So convenient to the Beach and Beachplace has every amenity you could imagine. We played pickleball and used the pool and beach almost every day. Easy access to St Armand's and downtown as well. We will be back.
Rick and Katie are excellent hosts and we would recommend them for any properties they represent. The home was very nice and suitable for families with children. Excellent location for beach, groceries, shopping and restaurants.
We loved out Month here. Thanks to Rick and team we were well taken care of. Unit gets afternoon sun and nice view to the beach. Sarasota downtown is so near and Beachplace offers so much you don't need to leave. Loved the pool.
Rick Benninghove was an excellent host and this unit was simply fantastic. Very clean and beautifully appointed, a modern and well considered remodeling had us hardly wanting to hit the beach the first couple of days. Beautiful beachview unit on the 3rd floor with lake view and Gulf views. Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with many modern upgrades. Very popular unit. This unit has large beds in both bedrooms. Great for 2 couples. Kitchen recently remodeled and all new windows and doors.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
Our stay at the property on Lido Beach was enjoyable! The home is ideally situated, just a five minute walk from the beach. The host was responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. We were grateful for the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the beach gear available in the garage, which added to the comfort and ease of our visit. We would gladly recommend this property to others seeking a comfortable located beach retreat.
May 2026 will be our third consecutive vacation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit on all occasions, and this has not changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning position being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace.
The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I must congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation in May 2025 and we missed having them with us again this year, but GCSE’s must prevail!
After agreeing an arrival time, we were met by Rick who ensured that we were very happy with the condominium and level of cleaning which was superb. Once again, we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katie a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2027 will hopefully be booked very soon.

our stay was wonderful, place is bigger then the pictures. Very clean and stylish house, very comfortable furniture and beds. Surrounding areas were awesome, beach walkable distance but we loved taking the beach bikes.. bars, restaurants and boutiques shop within a 2 block walk from house, downtown Sarasota so close and beautiful. Everything from beach to outdoor activities( tennis, pickle ball, biking, waking, jogging and kayak) at your door step would definitelty rent again. Thank you Marisa
