“Just Beautiful!”
We enjoyed our week at this beach front condominium. Everything was well-prepared, with excellent communication from Rick. The unit is luxurious and comfortable, with gorgeous decor. It’s very quiet, and the water view is spectacular. Many thanks, we hope to return again!

“Beauty and Relaxation. And Sunsets!”
We had the privilege of staying in an ocean-front unit at Beachplace last January for the entire month. This was our first month away for the winter and it couldn’t have been more relaxing and special. The entire complex is beautifully maintained and cared for. It was wonderful to have the beach and all the chairs set out each day, but also nice to have access to the pool and hot tub. Our specific unit was very super nice, super clean, and very convenient. And the view! We made a point every day to be front and center on our balcony to watch the beautiful sun drop into the ocean. Spectacular colors and shows–each a little bit different from the other. Our time was spent exploring the area but also just leisurely walking along the beach. Heaven. So much so that we booked January for 2023!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had plenty of storage, which made it easy to unpack and feel at home. The pool was a great size and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location couldn’t have been better. It was an easy walk to the beach, as well as shops, restaurants, and bars, so we rarely needed to drive. When we wanted to explore more, the trolley provided a quick and convenient ride to downtown Sarasota. Rick was an outstanding host and property manager. He was always quick to answer our questions, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic property in an excellent location with excellent management. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
Club Longboat 332 by FGC
The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. Two balconies overlook the Gulf and tennis courts. It was in a great location on the beach, a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, CVS, and Publix. Whole Foods was not a bad drive to Sarasota. Tennis and pickleball courts were on site. The office managers and residents were very friendly and invited us to Friday night socials and to join them in playing tennis or pickleball. The kitchen was well stocked. Rick was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

“Great holiday”
This is a great property with outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico and literally steps away from the superb beach. The apartment is fully renovated, beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. We had all we needed for relaxing holiday. Master bedroom was spacious with huge walk in closet. We loved sitting out on the enclosed balcony listening to the ocean waves and watching awesome sunsets. If you like luxury accommodation on the beach, this is the place. We will definitely go back

“Paradise”
We visited this panoramic paradise earlier this year. Spectacular to say the least. Front balcony views of the gulf and back balcony the bay is Sarasota.If you can imagine a sea pastel extra large condo decorated with simple elegance this is your place. Loaded with whatever you need and if the need should arrive, the spectacular staff can arrange for you. Private members pool, fitness, pool room, and private movie theater are also housed here. A gentle walk to Ritz club, beach, and restaurant at your service. Rick Benninghove of the Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals ( a separate management company) is the best and most timely for whatever you may need. I would certainly recommend this rental and it’s service! Top notch!!!

“House is tastefully remodeled, and decorated, you won’t be disappointed! Beds are comfy with cozy linens. Beach, and shops/restaurants are very walkable, as described in the listing.
